Shafer ‘One Point Five’ Cabernet Sauvignon, Stag’s Leap, Napa 2019

This is an elegant and silky wine with dense, rich blackcurrant and plum fruit intertwined with chocolate, vanilla and cedar flavours. Very approachable when young and for a decade or more after the vintage.
